By accessing or using AeroHub Analytics (the “Service”) at aerohub.me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

AeroHub Analytics is a free, browser-based flight route analysis tool. It allows users to upload ADS-B data or FlightRadar24 CSV exports and receive instant analysis including fuel burn estimation, operating cost breakdown, flight phase detection, altitude profiling, and multi-route comparison.

• No account or registration is required to use the Service.
• All CSV processing takes place entirely within your browser. No flight data is transmitted to our servers.
• The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising revenue.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service by automated means without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its servers, or any systems or networks connected to it.
• Use the Service in any way that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party’s use.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to circumvent, remove, or disable any security features, access controls, or advertisements embedded in the Service.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.

4. Disclaimer

All outputs — including fuel burn estimates, cost calculations, phase detections, and performance metrics — are estimates only. They are derived from publicly available performance models and simplified assumptions. Results may differ significantly from actual aircraft performance, actual fuel consumption, or real-world operating costs.

AeroHub Analytics makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any output produced by the Service. Use of any information obtained through the Service is at your own risk.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Platform

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, visual assets, and all content created by AeroHub Analytics, is the intellectual property of AeroHub Analytics and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property other than to access and use the Service as described herein.

5.2 Your CSV Data

CSV files you upload to the Service remain your property (or the property of their rightful owner). As noted in Section 2, this data is processed locally in your browser and is never uploaded to or stored on our servers. We claim no ownership or rights over the content of any files you process using the Service.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding analytics data and cookies.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep AeroHub Analytics available and functioning at all times; however, we do not guarantee any specific level of uptime or availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. AeroHub Analytics shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
